I'm Will Nassar, a REALTOR® with Bellator Real Estate's Orange Beach office, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast. I bring more than 25 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Human Resources management and compliance, where I built my career helping clients navigate complex decisions, negotiate contracts, and find solutions with confidence.

Throughout my professional career, I've advised clients on benefit contract negotiations, employment law compliance, and individual claims resolution. That experience taught me the importance of precision, communication, trust, and strong advocacy—all qualities I bring to my work in real estate today.

My background in negotiation and compliance gives me a unique perspective when guiding clients through a real estate transaction. I understand that buying or selling a property can involve complicated decisions, and I take pride in explaining the process clearly, anticipating potential issues, and making sure my clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Whether I'm helping someone purchase a primary residence, find a coastal home or condo, evaluate an investment property, or sell a property, my goal is to make the experience as straightforward and seamless as possible while always keeping my client's goals and best interests at the forefront.

Originally from Lake Charles and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, I'm proud to now call Orange Beach home. Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active through tennis and fitness, spending time with family and friends, and cooking—especially when I have a house full of people to cook for.
